Even vaping no nicotine is harmful yes. Nicotine by itself is no harmful than caffine found in your coca-cola, tea, or coffee, it is just very addictive. It got addicted to cigarettes which contain all the harmful chemicals. Vaping in itself is dangerous but 90% less dangerous than cigarettes, but there is still a danger compared to breathing every day air.

If you want to play a professional sports team stop vaping. Its stupid to do so if you want to be taken serious on any professional team. Treat your body like a temple because that is what will be making you money. I would give up on anything that could be considered harmful or you have to question. I can assure you the best professional rugby players aren’t vaping after a match so neither should you.

Vaping with no nicotine you are still ingesting chemicals you do not inhale in your day to day life. Pretty much most chemicals you run into are Propylene Glycol(PG), Vegetable Glycerin(VG), and flavoring. Some e-liquids use a certain type of flavoring that contain Diacetyl, yet many companies don’t disclose that chemical which can lead to lung damage know as “popcorn lung”.

There also has been some studies to show that vaping puts some excess moisture in the lungs which could be bad over time.
